They serve high quality americano. It has a nice level of acidity and sweetness, full of flora and berries tastes, smooth in mouth and with a long and pleasant aftertaste. Couldn’t find a chance to talk with the staff but I think the coffee beans are Colombia origin. Excellent and friendly service from the staffs (although he was busy and sweating on the forehead). And the environment is pleasant and cozy.

Food was nice and coffee amazing. A nice space for a social, there was also convenient working spaces. Convenient for a visit after Thames Path, Woolwich ParkRun as it is right by the finish.

Lovely for a Sunday brunch. The service was very nice and fast! The eggs were unexpectedly amazing. The Eggs Royale were incredible! Unfortunately, the eggs in the shakshuka had cooked before we got them, probably because the shakshuka was quite hot and there wasn't enough bread, but they kindly gave us some more free of charge. Coffee was good as well. Very trendy, industrial vibes and definitely not as crowded as other places.

Dropped in on a Friday afternoon to grab a coffee and cake. The overall place is very chilled and the coffee was decent (cappuccino and iced americano). The carrot cake was moist and exactly what you would expect it to be. I imagine it will be a nice place to enjoy a few Friday drinks also but left before it got busy. I would/will return as it ticks all the boxes

The best place in the Woolwich Arsenal area. Mostly because there are only few places to eat. Breakfasts are good and tasty every time. Range of deserts are small and simple, but it is enough to add to cup of tea/coffee. There is always place to seat. Dog friendly.

My favourite is the chai latte. Great service, and it’s a really quiet café. By the way, I can’t believe I’m seeing 李鴻章 here.

Nice, chilled cafe with a relaxed atmosphere. I was able to enjoy a nice coffee and a slice of cake and spend some time working on my laptop. The server was also very friendly. In the weekends, it can get a bit more rowdy with more people and children.

I’m a regular customer at the Visitors Book Café in Woolwich Works, and it’s well worth a visit. The coffee, food, and drinks are all excellent, and the atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and full of character, and with lovely plants. What really stands out is the strong sense of community. It’s a space that works for everyone. Whether you’re popping in solo with a laptop, meeting friends, or bringing family along. There are books, drawing materials, and plenty to keep children entertained. They’re open well into the evenings later in the week, and there are always interesting events going on, including karaoke on Saturdays, which adds to the lively, friendly vibe. The service is fantastic, with staff who are attentive and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to De Niro, who always goes above and beyond. A real gem in Woolwich.

We ordered an oat latte and an iced matcha latte (half water, half oat milk, with a touch of vanilla syrup). I gave my complicated order so easily! They didn't need to ask any questions or seek confirmation, and I got a perfect iced matcha. I am so happy with the service and the taste of the drinks. The coffee was delicious as well. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
